The manufacturer and its distributors cannot control how you assemble this model, what equipment you use to fit it out, or how you fly it, and can assume no liability whatsoever for any damages that may occur when you fly your aircraft. By assembling this model, you are agreeing to indemnify and hold blameless the manufacturer and/or his agents from any and all torts and liability associated with the use of this product. Please inspect all parts before beginning assembly. If any parts appear to be suspect, contact your dealer or the manufacturer for repair or replacement BEFORE you begin. Once you have assembled the aircraft, you are the pilot in command and assume any and all responsibility for the use of the model and any damages that might occur by flying or attempting to fly this aircraft.
Reasonable Airframe Strain.
As with all full scale aircraft, all of the models sold by ZedJet have an airframe design limit. Any aircraft (be it full scale or otherwise) has enough potential to fail its airframe whilst in flight due to the manner in which it is flown.
ZedJet will accept no liability for loss of airframe and equipment that occurs through inappropriate use of (and/or lack of consideration for) the airframe. This includes loss of airframes due to "non-scale" flight characteristics, models compromised in previous minor accidents or the use of a turbine with a greater thrust range than recommended.
All orders for long-lead time products are binding upon mutual agreement between the customer and Zedjet.
Zedjet will endeavour to fulfil the order in the specified lead time as agreed but is not responsible for production delays which can change delivery times.
No changes can be made to an order once submitted to the factory.
Deposits are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.
Transit damage claims are restricted to the import value.

Items which are faulty must be returned within the warranty period (3-12 months standard warranty for most products, please check).
Returned goods - warranty/repair/unwanted items will be returned at the customers own cost and risk.
Should you receive goods that do not correspond with the description of the ordered goods then you should contact us on 07792338351 or firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 working days of receiving the order.
All items must be checked on delivery before signing for the item. If the item looks damaged, please refuse the delivery and contact us on 07792338351 or email@example.com within 3 working days of receiving the order.
In the event that you receive a damaged item, contact us on 07792338351 or firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 working days of receiving the order. A replacement will not be sent until the damaged item(s) has been returned and inspected.
Unwanted Merchandise We will only accept merchandise for return that was purchased from us within 14 days from receiving your order, and at your own expense. The original shipping charge and return shipping costs are Non-Refundable. We reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking charge for items wrongly ordered. The returned merchandises must be in new, unused condition and in its original packaging. In order to return the goods to us you must firstly notify us on 07792338351 or email@example.com with your intent. The return will be authorized once the reason for return has been established, you should then return the goods at your own cost and risk. It is your responsibility to ensure that the item(s) reach us safely and in a satisfactory condition. We recommend that you take out insurance cover and that the goods should be sent by recorded or registered post or with a reputable courier. We cannot accept any liability for goods that are damaged in transit and would recommend that you ensure that the goods are sufficiently packaged to prevent this from happening.
When returning Items All returned items must be in original packaging. Zedjet will not be liable for any damage to items that are not adequately packaged and damaged in transit.
Please ensure that you enclose:
1. Your original order number
2. Details of why you are returning the item
3. All packaging, manuals and cables.
Any purchase made through ZedJet is a commitment by the purchaser to the understanding of these conditions.
This does not affect your Statutory Rights.
